I find myself with a bit of a "problem", well not actually a problem as such, but with an extensive backlog of games for last-gen sitting on my shelf waiting to be played, I find that I simply do not have the time for new purchases. As much as I want to play games such as Bloodborne and the Witcher 3, money also plays a part in the reason why I simply cannot play these games just yet.
Games such as Dragon Age: Inquisition I don`t mind playing on the PS3, but the two titles mentioned above deserves that I pay a little extra. But we`ll see once I can put some money aside if I`ll upgrade my hardware to next-gen or not. Currently its not really an investment I am willing to take, as there is still some life left in my old PS3.
Ah well, financial issues aside, the "A night to remember" trailer was more than just a cgi-spectacle and it succeeded in actually provoking an emotional response in me. It first made me think that this was Geralt doing his "thing" and getting it on with the ladies, then it turned into something completely different. I felt it showcased that Geralt`s line of work is a dirty business when it comes down to it, and perhaps even something he doesn`t take lightly?
That the trailer actually made me feel a bit of sympathy towards the vampire-woman as she was limping away from Geralt was perhaps the best part if I could call it that. I guess my point is that the trailer actually made me think and feel and that is a rare thing these days.
