So, i watched the microsoft conf in live and first the french opening was awesome : Mettalica, Enter Sandman
AC Unity trailer... Mixing CG and engine, some sceneries are impressive, we will see if the engine is able to run the scene of the Guillotine.
The announcement of 29 new countries where the one will be launched.
News: In europe X1 + Fifa 15: 399 euros (meeeh... the buyer will certainly have to subscribe to "access"... strangly they didn't said anything).
They spoke about Fifa 15, (the French commenters spoke about the PS4 and some PC games lol). Fifa will have characters available only on X1 ("Fifa 15 Legends").
The Indies: MS will make working for them easier for indies. But the majority of games coming are already cheap on Steam or phone games, in two words "not impressive". Goat Simulator ? REAAAALLY ? I perfer to see games like "no time to explain" or space ingeener" (the trailer was really cool), Super Hot is a really good game (i played the demo, the trailer was shit). A new MOBA (Smite), a game i know nothing about "Below". Some are timed exclus, none are X1 exclusives.
CoD: Of course... All DLCs will launch first on X1. Trailer with explosions, lot of explsosion and some explosions. Did i forgot to say it had big explosions in it ? Beside this it's fully scripted and pre-recorded of course. Oh god, the guy is able to tear a car apart to walk hiding but he can't break open a truck door ? Seems logic... Bundled with X1, a custom controler for 499 euros.
Evolve: Open Beta in january 2015 on X1 only. The demo is a mess, to fast to follow and not in live.
Now an "exclu" (timed of course): Rise of the Tomb Raider.
Quantum Break (real exclu): Ok so the story is like the "incredible Hulk", a guy at the wrong place, the wrong time got superpower and is hunted. The gameplay seem similar to watchdog or AC, a TP action game with lot of scripted event. The "time stop" events seems cool, until "bad guys" came because they have big tech gadgets that let them move during time stop... Why these guys aren't the world masters ? Seems logic again.
IMO: too much action oriented for my taste, even if the game is reaaaally gorgeous.
Fable Legend (timed exclu): It's like evolve, it can be cool. Why not ? I'll wait to see if this concept work.
Scream Ride: Theme park with shinny 3D graphics, seems funny but short lived.
Forza Horizon (real exclu): Two new cars (Roll Royces and a formula 1 Mustang free for X1 players), to much "connected online" and "social gaming" for my taste.
Ori and the Blind Forest (not exclu): "live" demo, it's a cool game with an interesting gameplay.
Sunset Overdrive (exclu): I don't like it, don't know why. X1+ Sunset Overdrive 399 euros.
Halo MC collection (Not on PC, sorry Noel ^^, X1 exclu): Nothing new at the beginning... Oh what is the Halo Channel Multimedia community for Halo (comics, chat, show etc...), it's a hub. CGI for Halo 5 Multiplayer (the same than the E3). They said the game will run at 60 Fps, they don't said the resolution.
Ok, i'm not impressed because they don't have lot of real exclus and i hope for them Quantum break will not suffer the Watch Dog syndrom. But their is no big surprises, i don't know i'm far to be impressed.
It's Sony in four hours.
Hey, i just learned that Bioware have a two hours panel tomorrow...
